Office filled with young incompetent staff who would rather stare, joke amongst themselves and wait for you to resolve issues caused by their incorrect information than help 60+ year olds with their first car rental. Astonishing in such a competitive job market this is the best employees the manager could find? The manager was also lacking customer relation skills and instantly just defended the teams behaviour. All in all it took 2 hours for them to figure out they entered the information wrong.
